When one cannot have love for Allah every minute of their life, meaning they cannot follow the orders of Allah (5x salat, business dealings, relationships..etc)

then

how is it possible for one to have love for a human being who changes constantly? A human being who's far from perfect.

I also believe if it would be profound love 24/7 then the worth of love wouldnt be same either. Everything is there for a balance, we do tend to imbalance things at times but cuz of our own negligence.
