Can profanity/galian be used for a good cause ?

For example:
During preaching can someone bad mouth other religions and their religious figures ?

While condemning a criminal, dictator or mischief maker ?

While promoting your political views can one use bad words against other political leaders and against their agenda’s and policies ?

Re: Can profanity/galian be used for a good cause ?

every rational religion talks about peace. the false ones [religion] needs "profanity" in their dialogues to prove their "point".

same goes for politics.

ps. Mirch it is general topic.
- dont devalue your thinking by posting them in "cafe"

Re: Can profanity/galian be used for a good cause ?

Re: Can profanity/galian be used for a good cause ?

Re: Can profanity/galian be used for a good cause ?

When you bad mouth other religion or their religious figures, they come back and bad mouth yours.

In Bukhrai, Book of Manners

Prophet Mohammed :saw2: said. “It is one of the greatest sins that a man should curse his parents.” It was asked (by the people), “O Allah’s Apostle! How does a man curse his parents?” The Prophet said, “'The man abuses the father of another man and the latter abuses the father of the former and abuses his mother.”

tere marzi kab chahe use karte ho, me tum ko poora permission de diya

Re: Can profanity/galian be used for a good cause ?

Verbal Defamation...in this case it would be an injurious statements made by the preacher -convicium contra bonos more.

Re: Can profanity/galian be used for a good cause ?

It is explicitly forbiden in holy quran to curse or bad mouth religious figures of any faith, whatsoever.

Regarding political figures, one can do what common sense suggests. But in most of circumstances using profanity hardly yeild positive results

Re: Can profanity/galian be used for a good cause ?

In my view, a decent and civilized person need not use rough/indecent language to support his noble cause. There can be so many decent ways to support one's views and if one doesn't find them convincing enough than he should admit that he can't lead others on his way to a glorious path. **Though in practice, it doesn't happen.**

Re: Can profanity/galian be used for a good cause ?

... and the good cause is to prove your point?... Absolutely Yes

Re: Can profanity/galian be used for a good cause ?

No!!!!!!! The point one is trying to prove may not always be some thing logical in itself.
