yes it is safe but only if position of the baby is normal otherwise someone having transverse lap posititoned baby den it is advice to travel in 5th to sixth month becoz in these months baby becme dependent on its own ...
yes, it's fine anytime before 37 weeks. also, she should be sure to walk around in order to avoid blood clots. moreover, feets should be kept elevated to minimize swelling.

I recently did, (between 4-5 month)
During the flight:
- she needs to drink lots of water
- try to walk around a bit, if not possible do the leg exercise while sitting down.
- one important thing, I read in the internet (did some research) before flying, avoid the scanners in the airports, you know the ones you walk through, so that it beeps if you have some metal on you, ( instead tell them do the hand check on your body) every airport has female personal ready for this).
For sickness pill consult your doc.
