Shoaib (hamstring injury) has been advised 15 day's rest by the team doctor according to Inzi. Shoaib's fitness record is such that he could easily break down before or during an important WC game. So Pakistan need to devise a winning strategy/formula that regards Akhtar as a bonus rather than an intergral part of the team. If he plays it should be considered a real bonus for the team.
