@aurchaepiyo

So when I go to another country, I won’t have phone service, but can I use some sort of app to send texts from my phone **via wifi **when it is available?

@TLK

Viber

So viber works with WiFi only even when you do not have any service on your phone? It asks you your phone number, which becomes your username for it, and people do see your number when you call them
