it says not to be used during preg but im assuming thats for internal use, what about external use on the hair/face etc becuase is meant to have a wife range of health benefits…

I use kalonji oil for body aches and i refrained from using it during pregnancy too. It specifically says on the bottle not to use it. And i am sure your assumptions are right but why take the risk?

^black seed is Kalongi oil
nadz...avoid kalonji in your diet and oil...the taaseer of this is garam...and therefore it is recommended to avoid in early days of pregnancy...
