7th month? hmmmm… might be an issue. I know its an issue for international flights, not sure about domestic though. Every airline has a different policy, check their website.
e.g. United does not have an issue, but you have to produce a certificate if you are in the 9th month. http://www.united.com/page/article/0,6867,52347,00.html
Get a medical note from your OB/GYN just in case, especially if your tummy is big

How long will the flight be, will it be domestic or international ? And as mentioned check with the airline cause they all have different policies.
If you do choose to travel make sure you ask for an seat that will allow you to stretch out your legs....and close to the bathroom :)

Mia, i am 24 weeks today. I will be 27-28 when i plan to travel. i m due dec. 08

I took an 8 hour flight in my 35th week of pregnancy and made it through just fine....I had a letter from my midwife stating that everything was normal and I was fit to travel....the other thing is that I wasn't huge which made it easier to sit through the flight...
