No you can not. You have to import from either pak or middle east. Even if you do manage to get it in the UK it will be very expensive and you can not get it without periscription.

I think in the UK technically it's banned for 'cosmetic' use.. if ur desperate u can order online from the US or Canada from a reputable pharmacy, safer than some dodgy cream from a desi corner shop containing god knows what.. HQ isn't safe for long-term use (esp 4% or over) and it often results in the person becoming darker in the long run so pls be careful if ur planning to use it..
