Hi everyone,
You guys have ben much helpful everytime I had ask. Ok, so finally after a long wait, hubby is here. He came on Novmbr 1st. which is almost a month now. My periods were on 11th. They always last for 5 days. But this time, only two days and rest of the three days were barely spotting. Since last week, I’m feeling so weird, sudden heartbeat increases and ajeed stuff in stomach. I had yeast infection few months ago and with that, I had backpain and cramps as I was gonna have periods. And same stuff was happening to me few days before hubby came, cramps and backpain and bloatness, on and off. So, I called for an appointment last week, which I got for Nov 29th which is tomorrow. So, I’m having this ajeeb-o-ghareeb kind of feelings(which are non-descriable) and has never happened before. So, am I pregnant or is it that I’m just thinking too much about pregnancy?

honestly speaking, pregnancy symptoms are so confusing .. I would have said it could be pregnancy .. but because you mentioned the infection that you have been fighting , It could very well be that infection that is causing you issues .. so definitely attend the appointment ..
Also if it was pregnancy, you would know by now, coz normally after 10 days of expected period date , if you do a test and are positive , it will start showing .. so for your peace of mind, you can do a HPT as well , as you are well over 16 days since your period …

Oh thankyou so much for the hug. And there’s also clear discharge. I’ll attend the appointment for sure but what about periods. They lasted only for two days but normal bleeding. So, can it be implementation or whatever it is called at the start of pregnancy? I can do HPT but…

Its called implantation bleeding. the two days bleed you mentioned could be it .. but just because you mentioned the infection, i know that infections like these can have a strong impact on the period. Hence why I dont want to put you on the wrong hope …
usually implantation bleeding is spotting.. its not a full bleed .. i recommend for the peace of your mind, just do a HPT ..
If its positive then mashallah and be happy , but if its negative then dont feel low In Shaa Allah , Allah wil have much better plans for you ..

Update: So, I went to see the doc yesterday. Told her about the whole situation. She said since I’ve yeast infection, thats why my stomach was all swollen and I was having pain but there can be chances for pregnancy. She doesn’t want me to be sad if I won’t be pregnant. She gave me medicine for five days for yeast infection. She said wait another week to 10 days before doing any pregnancy tests coz at that point, I’ll be almost 4 weeks if I’m pregnant and also this infection will be gone. I was so curious, kept asking her qestions and she asked me if I want her to order pregnancy test when I was about to leave. I said no. Thankyou so much everyone for prayers.

Since your hubby came recently that could affect your periods. Inshallah it will happen. if you are trying to conceive then do consider taking prenatal vitamins and eating a healthy diet.

Ya it might be but this is the first time ever I had changes in my periods even though when I was on BCPs for 3 months after our wedding. I’m due for my peiods tomorrow, Dec 11th. I’m having bad pain in the stomach in addition to usual cramps. Do you guys think I should go to doctor today or wait couple of more days so I’ll know if I can be pregnant depending on the periods. This pain is very ajeeb. Never felt this way before. All already moms and soon moms-to-be, please tell me how you felt when you conceived.

How did they rule out a pregnancy? What test they do?
