can human beings and prophets climb the sky?
as regards this question, koran has been very clear on this point. for reference please study chapter 12, verse 90 to 94, where it has been made evident that human beings, and prophets can not climb the sky.
kul subhana rabbi hal kuntu illa bashar-ar-rasoola
(verse 94)
Allah explains to prophet muhammad, O prophet, when these unbelievers challenge you to climb the sky, tell them in reply, that glory be to my lord, i am just a humanbeing, and a prophet, and god assigns not human beings and prophets to climb the sky.
here that prophet muhammad, announces in clear-cut words, that he, being a human being, can notclimb the sky. then how did jesus, being a human and a pophet do the same? in the presence of the clear verse that i havementionedabove, it is not fair for any muslim to continue arguing that jesus has climbedthe sky alive! prophet muhammad who has been termed as “afzalur rusul”, announced that he CAN NOT climb the sky.. and for that the only reason he gave, the only hurdle, th one obstacle that stopped him from climbing the sky is that he is a human being! then jesus, who is a human being too, and a prophet at a lower degree than prophet muhammad, how was he able to break all the rules made by allah and climb the sky?
thus muslims, by saying that jesus up on the sky alive, are not only disrespecting prophet muhammad, but also supporting the false christian belief of jesus being a god.
