according to some research (read it somewhere), people who have been blind by birth have a very high imaginative or creative power because whatever that is told to them everytime they try to figure it out in their mind in their own way. If they are they are both blind and deaf by birth????....what goes on in their mind???......it's anyones guess.

There is a limitation of men with eyes too.
They cannot think without a language.

not all people are born blind though, so the ones who were blinded later on in life must be able to dream. lol..thats obvious, aint it?
im so thankfull for my eyesight Alhamdulillah :)

recently I read an essay by Oliver Sacks on a closely related issue (The mind's eye). He had been interviewing several blind patients of his and asking them about their visual 'perceptions'. Interestingly, the answers he got varied from 'no notion of what seeing is' to 'lividly seeing /remembering visual perception'. His conclusion was that he could not unify this under one theory, but probably that it varies from individual to individual the way the brain adapts itself to blindness.
His theory/common notion was that persons born blind would not have any notion of visual perception, whereas pesons who became blind in adulthood would still 'see' things in their imagination. Neither proved to be completely true
