Can Aqeeqa and Qurbani be given in the same animal?

NO, they are two different religious obligations. you can delay the aqeeqa until the time you get married and use the bakra for shaadii :)

As Khalil Bhai said, ‘Sacrifie’ (qurbani) can be given after Eid Al Adha prayer and aqeeqa (for boy two and for girl one qurbani) whenever its required. are mentioned in many hadith books.
