Hi I was wondering if there were any people that could help me with the marketing of my business. Its in the startup phase so I would need someone to start it up and work on it as I get going.

For logo design, there's plenty of crowdsourcing websites that can help you get multiple submissions for a very low cost.
For your website, why not outsource this through Guru.com or ELance... you'll probably get a fairly good starter SEOptimized website for a low cost also.

I'd say overall, you'd be looking at spending about $200 - $250 for this.

If you do not have money , that is not a problem , if your idea is good , you can always , beg and borrow. The first step is to have a working model to show those potential lenders and angel financiers.
