I am not an expert, though read some books on the subject and discussed with some buzurgs (specially my own dreams).
One thing is very clear that dreams should not be shared with everyone, except not only the experts but make sure the person you are sharing is someone has your best interest at heart. Sharing dream to public or wrong person could bring serious harm.
Please be careful about it in future.
I know it is not possible for you go and discuss some known person openly this kind of dream involving intimate relationship.
But not every dream has meaning, to me it looks like Shaitan is trying create fitna in your heart regarding this person (wallah o aalim).
It is better for you to ignore and move on do not allow Shaitan to succeed by making you think about this person.
More you think about it chances are there that you starting to fall for him, and it might destroy many lives.
