Screenshots: Other than clicking on the home button and power button at the same time, you can wave your hand across the screen from left to right or right to left and a screen shot is captured. I believe only the S3 has this feature.

Burst shot feature: Pick the best shot option and by holding down the camera icon, you can take 20 successive shots paparazzi style and the pick the best shot!
The camera shutter is so fast. No long wait for captures. Haven’t seen this in other phones.
The Burst shot feature also comes with the best photo option which takes 8 shots for you and helps u pick the best shot. The rest get deleted after you select the best shot.
Smile feature: Let’s say you’re taking a picture of someone on that mode, the camera won’t click unless the person smiles! How cool is that!
Panorama: I’m still trying to get that right. Will report back later.
Voice commands: you can shoot pictures by voice commands. I think TB mentioned the details in another thread.

Nice, i still haven't tried some of this.
ANother feature which S3 (and JellyBean) can do is slide shows of your photos (I think they have a commercial about this) where you can display all your pictures to other S3s and control what everyone sees. I have to try that out still.
