I have done this, lost around 3 stones in just over 3 months, if things get tooo tough u can cheat, sneak in a piece of chicken/ meat or egg here and there, it doesn't make much of a difference, the apple porridge and maple porridge is the nicest tasting, as for milkshakes, choc, choc mint and the occasional strawberry here and there, stay away from the soups, a year later and even now when I even think about the taste I feel a lil nauseous! but this I guess depends on ur tastebuds and stuff. Get the water flavours, the summer fruits one is rather nice and lasts long too, the key to this diet is water I guess, don't drink too much cz u will jst feel like a bloated balloon all day long, max 3 litres I drank, weights fairly easy to maintain afterwards u don't have much of an appetite after u come off it, but try and do it only for a few months to kick start ur weight loss, its not worth it in the long run
my sister did it,and lost huge amounts of weight that she had accummulated during the 2 consecutive years she was pregnant. she is now back to her size pre pregnancy and has kept it for the last 2 years
im eating a protien breakfast - eggs, black coffee
a shake for lunch and a protien dinner, veg and meat/fish
its going well!! couldnt do the full 3 replacements as firstly its expensive, 42 quid a month, secondly the stuff tastes nasty!!!
hina google the cambridge diet, find it in your area, then contact them to get weighed measured and then buy the products. They will give you a meal plan too..
I have a load of Optislim shakes I have been meaning to start taking properly.. They taste quite nice but I cant seem to get into the habit.. (the chocolate bars are absolutely rank tho.. if anyone wants them just pm me, I have a multipack lol)..
The Cambridge diet seems to work brilliantly for a lot of ppl but seeing Lauren Goodger and her 'results' put me off a bit :D
OMG i BADLY need a diet plan too...Have been eating too many carbs since a year. I was 53kg at the time of wedding and am now 64 in 2 years:S But the problem is, if i dont eat rice, bread or roti i feel i havent eaten anything :(
where do u buy optislim from? and does it taste good? i brought some whey protein from an onliner retailer, warning to all, the most disgusting thing ive ever tasted
I haven't tried all the flavours, just the shakes in choc mint, strawberry, vanilla + caramel.. The first three of those I thought tasted pretty good (esp the strawberry).. The caramel was ok for me but not as nice..
