i know there are averages but what works you? everyone is different.
for me, there are times i dont even care, but other times the days that i do watch them its like 1500-2000.
and iv noticed when i do limit the number of calories, i end up eating healthier, not just lesser, as opposed to just eating everything.
I do not know what my calorie intake per day is as I don't look at what I eat and it calorie content. I am sure that I could find out what the average for me would be on the internet somewhere.
If you are eating healthier by limiting your calories than that sounds good. Keep it up! The other side of the coin is burning your calories. Even if you do not limit your calorie intake and may eat too much, its not a crime so long as you burn those calories off.
i do portion size mostly. along with my own basic knowledge of calories in a given food. that keeps me in check i find. if i add something sweet or high energy i know that throws me off and i gain that little something something on my thighs
i do not count calories intake..and one shouldnt either.. u should just know how much and what kind of food ure eating... if u start counting calories every day... ull go crazy lol.. if u workout then it's all good cuz u burn off most of the calories u eat...
ps: lifeless, o come onnnnnnn now..dont be a lazy bum... take exercise as ur hobby... and beside girl's exercises are the easiest of all... they dont need to do hardcore exercises such as benchpress...bicep curls squats etc... u shud start exercising.. i personally think exercise isnt hard..but eating the right food is...
^ i agree....as long as you are eating healthy, making smart choices, watching your portion size (if you are trying to lose weight), and doing some form of excercise then no need to count calories.
