alrite fellow gupshupers please tell me how many calories you consume every day on a normal day and when you are watching your calories..
iam having a very hard time.. not because i can’t follow my 1200cal diet BUT because everyone i know keeps telling me to bump it up to like 2000-2500 how 'am i going to lose weight if i stuff my self so much?? (eventhough thats not much at all actually but for being on a ‘‘diet’’ yes it is )
yes yes i know people say dont go on a diet but make it a life style change.. a little too hard to do all those biryani’s and parantha’s , jalebis .. rasgullas cant make them leave me forever!! never!! i just have 25lbs to lose and i want them gone fast.. but the proper way..

3000-3500. And ya, at 2000-2500 calories, its no longer a diet. It would be just “maintainence”. An average human being burns that many calories per day.
If you can stick to a 1200 cal diet, that’s awesome! You would be losing, on average, 1 kg every 9 days, achieving your target of 25 pounds in 3 months
