Calorie Count - Boiled white rice

1 cup of cooked rice contains around 180 calories as far as i recall.

what if the water has been drained? How much starch is lost?

ohhhh my GOD it came upto 675 calories and it would be 185 gm in one cup boiled rice.

and

205 Calories in Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular, Cooked being 158 gm. strange
