***This thread is to familiarize yourself with the concept of calculating calories.
Unless one starts practicing calorie counts so it becomes second nature one will ALWAYS eat way over one’s requirements.
What I do is decide in advance for example that today I’m in the mood for a certain food.
I mentally calculate that proportion and how many calories would that food have and then tailor the meals for the rest of the day accordingly so as to fit it within my caloric requirements. Once you get used to figuring out proportions and calories it becomes easier to indulge while still sticking to your diet .
So the purpose of this thread is to allow you to start practicing calorie counts.
Post your regular meals and their calorie counts .

Re: Calorie Calculated Meals For Biggest Loser Challenge
sheyn,
in the instructions you said "no whites", does that mean to cut down all whites altogether, or can i keep adding sugar (half tsp) to my chai? or no whites at all? Im cool with either one..
Also, really dumb question, how can i calculate how many cals im taking when i have half tsp sugar in chai?
