I call my hubby "app" most f the time...sometimes i call him "tu" in a jokingly way...i have lots of name nick names too for him...:p

Personally I like when husbands call their wives "Tum" and wives call them "AAP". It's not about the superiority but still I like it.

I think I will call my spouse sumthing like this.......like if I wanna ask him if he wants to have dinner...then it will be mixture...like this is how I speak.....
"App khana khao gey"........ or "Aap mujhey batao key aap kab aao gey" instead of like "Aap khana khain gey" and "Aap mujhey bateyen kep aap kab aaein gey".....
It is a mixture of Aap and tum..but I speak like this with everybody so most prolly it will be true for him too.......

we use our names mostly and if aap tum is gets used i say aap but then i use aap for everyone ive never used the word tum, i dont know it just sounds very funny. My husband uses both
