I wanna setup an account with a company that will charge me a monthly fee for making unlimited calls to States using my cellphone
Any one using such a service. Who is the best/cheapest?

One option is to use Skype if you are around wifi a lot. I know its probably not the right solution but something to think about if you don't find the desired service. Ofcourse you'd need a phone that's supported by Skype.

no i want to be able to use my cell phone without having to go throught the hassle of phone cards
