Calling someone Kaafir

Re: Calling someone Kaafir

JazakAllah for the hadiths which clearly explain everything regarding the topic.
We cannot call any person a kafir unless we have proper evidence of his/her kufr. For example George W. Bush or Salman Rushdi are confirmed Kafirs, I don’t think it would hurt anyone if we call them disbelievers, as we do call sky the sky and not the earth.
Quran al Majeed has used this word ‘Kafir’ for those who don’t enter Islam e.g Jews, Christians etc.

Moreover there are people who started their cult after Islam, and because of their believing that Quran is fabricated and calling Ummahat al Mu’mineen and Sahabah Kafir and Apostate etc etc, they have been declared as Kuffar by Imams and Scholars of Islam in every century, and this is why according to the above hadith, in order to strengthen our Iman we must not hide the truth and declare that Ayatulla Khomeni of shi’ism was a Kafir who supported Mulla Baqir Majlisi because of his rejecting Quran and Khomeni himself curse Sahabah in his books.

Please note that I am not saying that such people are to be called Kafir Kafir all the time, as this is simply non-sense. I only mean that the way we can’t pray behind George Bush because we believe that he is a kafir, we should never hide the truth because people dislike it and tell the people that exists.
Believing someone is kafir doesn’t mean hating him unless on harms Islam or Muslims. We live with many kuffar within our countries or their countries, but we respect their fundamental rights and don’t transgres.
