Actually those £5 cards expire after 30 days, and i have noticed sometimes my mom use £1 cards too, but they give you like 15-20mins not 7/8 mins as you said.....
Calling pakistan from uk is not that expensive, it's just that we are making it sound like expensive :D
dude then which £1 cards does your mum use?! all the ones my mum's tried have turned out to be duds. Would appreciate any info on the 15 min cards :)
we use babytalk for 1 pound n use the 0207 access number which gives us 33 mins to a 0092300 number or 21 ins to a ufone or telenor nmber
5 pound card main we used chilli talk n to our amazement it used to go free on friday eve saying 0p a min unfortunately they have now suspended the card

I hate calling cards, even the “pinless” dialing ones but ended up having to use it again thanks to PTCL for bumping the incoming call tax and thanks to ViaTalk burst :bummer:
I just tried raza.com, its good, but voice quality wasn’t great. If you need to dial again cuz 1st attempt didn’t go thru you have to dial 24 digits again (10 for the local access then 14 for Pakistan landline number) sigh
