i have tried two sites:
thephonecardstore.ca and click2dial.net
I didn't like either one of them. Of the two, i liked click2dial.net better. With thephonecardstore.ca, I called a cell phone and only got 20 mins for $5. With click2dial.net I got 60 mins for $10. Quality just ok with both.
