Calling all digital photographers

Could someone please recommend me a good image editor which i can download free to resize pics…i’ve done three so far and no progress. Whats all this about widths and dimensions of pic and if you decrease them doesn’t the kb reduce automatically.

Re: Calling all digital photographers

download ACDsee trial version or registered.

go to save as then options.
decrease image quality a bit. that will reduce the file size without reducing the image dimension.

dun forget to save as JPG file.

Re: Calling all digital photographers

Salamz,
how are you *DD *?
why do need software to down load just for re sizing ?
you can that in any image editor, why do you need some thing special ? plz tell us…
there are so many, ulead, photo impact. Adobe etc…

while using window picture viewer or even paint brush can resize it, just give the ration you wanna minimize…

like suppose if the picture size is = 1000 Kb
you wanna make it like 100 Kb

** so the ratio u get is = 1000 / 100 = 10**

that means you need to reduce the picture to 10% of actual
so give the percent ratio 10… and then **save it with a new name**…**as .gif or .jpeg

**

ps: salam **Lazy **:-)
ps# 29: c u laters…going going gone…
