I often have to provide feedback to myself
by cooking something late in the night…
Most often it is an anda…
I have a few questions
1) If you are trying to make an omellet - do you mix all ingredients (onions, hari mirch, laal mirch, salt etc) with the egg and then beat them together
Or do you fry the onions separately and then add the beaten anda
2) If you are frying the onions separately, how do you know that now they are ready and the anda has to be poured in the frying pan. I usually mis-time this critical operation and end up with small black stubs - that were onions
but anwayz… all u gotta do is…put all da stuf in da egg n den beat it… after dat throw all dat stuff on da fry pan.. n wait for it get a lil thick… den flip it over… doesnt matter it it breaks… afta dat… fry it till it gets all brownish. …dats it
Remember best Omellet is made with "chopped Green Onions" I usually add small pieces of Smoked Salmon too, all mixed together poured onto hot pan but as soon as it spreads out evenly slow down the heat and let it rise up and become kinda solid, then flip just once.
Normally, I crack the egg ( whites only) and beat them a lil bit and then add other stuff n then mix it. Then I put it on the fry pan.
If you want fried/cooked onions, why dont u just do what my dad does, cook the onions separeately, make the anda and then eat them together?
My dad made the best breakfasts when we were growing up, sundays, we’d have toast, OJ, eggs sunnyside up or overeasy, as well as crishpy potatoes and grilled onions.
Ok uncle you are talking about 2 tyoe of eggs
1-Omelette is simple just mix everything and heat 1 table spoon oil and put the batter .When one side is cooked flip it and cook another site.
2-this one is easy also just chop some onions heat them (don’t make them red)make them soft add tomatoes ,namak, laal mirch and cook them for 30 to 45 seconds and then add egg and constantly stirring make it into pieces and it is ready when it is little bit hard.
I am practised at it when every time i have to tell Shafiq(hubby)
Fool Proof way to make great omelette...taught my hubby 2ce and now he makes all the omelettes at home
beat eggs with salt pepper chillie powder 1 tbsp milk
heat oil in fry pan - preheat grill
add chopped onions, tomatoes, g/pepper, chillies
stir fry quicky on med-high heat should take 1-2min (little crunch in veg is good)
add pinch salt/black pepper to veg and immediately add egg mixture.
when bottom has set - stick the fry pan under hot grill and watch your omelette set perfectly before your eyes. At this point can add grated cheese and return to grill to melt.
no flip no flop omelette!
y dont u try scrambled eggs uncle?? just throw in the whole batter and actually SCRAMBLE it in the pan...
turns out just as great n u dont hafta worry abt broken omelettes!!

before you fry make sure the oil is sizzling hot and that its cooked properly on one side…flipping wont be a problem if you adhere to these easy directions.
oh and yes…mix all the ingredients in the egg then fry.
