u can make a real nice 20min dish with the chichen fillet... all u need is a few tomatoes, the normal onion, garlic, chilli, yellow masala and namak.. oh and a bit of oil

can you me the method, liek what kinda yellow paste

not yellow paste.. that turmeric powder

okies.. chop up the onions and garlic and chuck em in a pan.. put some oil in it. Put a "cheent" of water in and the chilli powder, salt, turmeric and cook it for about a minute ur so, so that the masala goes soft

add the chicken fillet (cut the fillet into cubes)

stir it around a bit.. add about 2 tomatoes (or more depending on how u like it)

let it cook until the water from the chicken and tomatoes has vanished.. (oh add the red and green chillies with the tamatar)

and then u can add some corriander right at the end just to make it look nice

thankss. ill try it n let u kno

Chicken 1:

Onion, potatoes, bell pepper, tomato and Chicken. You can decide the quantity as you like.

Cut everything in random size; mix it with a little oil, salt, red chili if you like, zeera and dhaniya. Bake it. Serve with plain rice or salad.

Chicken 2:

2 Chicken filets
Methi, dhaniya (Mota kutta hua) and zeera.

Veggie:
One onion, chopped in bite size squares
One squash, chopped in half circles
One tomato, chopped in half circles
Bell pepper in different colors cut in cubes

Method: Wash the filet and sprinkle masala on it.
Fry till light golden on both sides, you can add salt if you like, otherwise there’s enough salt in the oil for filet. Keep this aside.

Now fry onion till they’re tender, add rest of the veggies, except tomato cook without adding water on medium heat till everything half done. Add tomatoes and cook till they’re soft. Add salt, coriander and zeera. I usually add some chili sauce as well.

Serve the filet with veggies and plain rice.

Thin steak:
Garlic, one medium size onion, some ginger, one tomato, half a cup plain yogurt.
1 tsp, zeera and dhaniya, red chili powder and salt as per taste.

Grind it all together. Mix it with steak. Add some oil in a frying pan add the steaks and rest of the mixture. Cook it on medium heat for a few min. Cover it and let it cook on low heat till done.

Serve with roti or rice.

Qeeme ke naan banao shabaash.

thanks sabah i cant grind the stuff thou, no grinder here

easy chicken recipe:

cut chicken breast into bite sized pieces, add shaan tandoori masala (lil bit just for color) & shaan bihari kebab masala. mix well, set aside for an hour or so.

heat a little oil in a pan, then fry the chicken on low-medium heat until it's cooked, once the chicken is cooked, u can increase the heat until the water evaporates.

optional
shape a small container thingie with aluminum foil, put some oil in it and place it in the pan. heat a piece of koyla until it's red hot, then place the koyla in the aluminum foil, close the lid on the pan so that the smoked flavor dissipates... it gives a nice smoky touch to the chicken. enjoy with pita bread/naan.. quite devilicious, i assure u ;)

thanks... ill try it when i get home, koyla ere will so set off the smoke alarm
