She is looking to call mobile phones…Services like fring/nimbuzz/skype etc are not free when calling mobiles or landlines. **They are free only for fring to fring, or nimbuzz to nimbuzz calls.**Again, phone service is dirt cheap. Makes little economic sense to go for alternate solutions, unless you are living in a country where phone charges are ridiculously high, eg middle east.

This is the solution im suggesting, skype to skype, fring to fring, nimbuzz to nimbuzz, free voice calls mobile to mobile.
