I think Calling from GULF to Pakistan is Most Expensive in the World , if wrong please correct me.

And also calling to Gulf Countries is the Most Expensive.

if I will call Pakistan Mobile or Landline No. it will Cost me AED 2.30/Min (Peak time) i.e USD0.626/Min to Pakistan.

VOIP is also blocked by Etisalat(Emirates Telecome Company) every time and is illigle.

Local calls rates are also very Expensive as Compare to Pakistan.

I donot know wether it is only here in UAE/Gulf or Other countries also. ?

You right , UAE call charges are very Expensive , Especially one notices it when He is on long call with someone Especial.

These Yahoo Messenger Voice chat also donot work.

etisalat is so expensiv asa well as du also..bt in du u can talk easily bt all the tim out of coverage...sms rates also 60 fils...ak sms mai kya kuch likh skata hay insan?ufff...ALLAH akal day in arbicz ko....

UK to Pakistan & UAE is about $1.50/minute (from mobile).

Engineer jee you get Du’s special landline device, and du landline. they give u HEFTY discounts while calling to your fav numbers in pakistan.. we have a DU landline in AR and we have that device… we use that.. plus I dont think so calling Pakistan from Etisalat is more expensive. I have both DU and Etisalat sim and I talked more in 50 dirhams using Etisalat than DU. Same goes for when I called UK. I had 100 dirhams in my mobile nad talked 1 hour 24 minutes to my friend in UK.

Thank You Aisha for this valuable information , I did not know this before, However now we are mostly talking on Google Talk for Extended time to Pakistan to our Relatives.

To other countries I donot know , but to KSA i think same charges for Etisalat.

If I recall last year before our marriage when My Fiancee was in Pakistan and Me in UAE, and we were desireous for More communication and we were talking for Hours.

Since it was frequent and it was affecting my budget.

From Canada to Pakistan costs $0.07/minute both landline n cell.. that's like 0.23 AED/min :D

Yesterday I meet one friend , He had UfoneGsm(pakistan Cellular company) activated for International Roaming.

He told that it cost me Pkr 11/Min means AED 0.50/Min.
I think that would be More economical.
