Yeah, she charges $350-400 dollars, a bit out of my budget for just makeup and hair, plus she said extra $40 dollars for a very simple hair do, and extra $30-40 for dupatta setting. I asked her to work with me on the price because I need nikkah and mehndi makeup also and she said she’ll charge ONLY $200 for light makeup for nikah and $200 for mehndi.

I agree her work is good, but I’m not about to spend $1,000 dollars for makeup that I’m gonna wash off after 4 hours.

YIKES! i cant think of anything else except maybe goin to a mac store and asking the girls if they know of any freelance make up artist n then u can prob get cheaper quotes with a non desi girl. plus where do u live?
