Planning for a road trip from Calgary to Phoenix in December. Calgary-Montana-Phoenix.
Can someone provide their experiance or any related sites regarding road conditions(Highway closures etc etc) in winter.

its not a long driver, first stop 7 hrs montana. try getting to idaho as soon as possible. Acording to weather map, rest of the route is on differnet(much hotter) climate zone. So it should be ok.

remember fatigue kills(so sleep every night. 8 hrs)

You would be crazy to drive across the North American continent in the middle of Winter.

ok so here is the problem.
Budget site tells me nothing is available on given dates.
But when i use kayak or other 3rd party sites it gives me $160 for compact size.
not sure to book from kayak or should go with outlet

Get caa membership. and drive.
It would be still cheaper then renting a car.
