That is one of the most messed up and disturbing things i have ever seen 
Attention ke liye kambakht maara kuch bhi karay ga 
(even if it is just a cake and not a real baby, this is still messed up)

omg I just stopped when he lifted the knife...just couldn't see it ! Some people are just so sick minded ...absolutely disgusting .....even though it's not a real baby but I don't know how anyone can even eat that cake.
