FF, yes bake the cake and prepare icing day before the class, then apply icing few hours before the class. Remember to use only thin consistency for icing. Before you put your icing on the cake make sure you stirr it really well.
You can mix fresh peaches with cream or you can buy readymade cream with peaches from the shelves.
