My friend got me hooked to this TV series now am not a big of watching these kind of programmes but this guy is great love his work.
** For those who do watch it as well what are your thoughts and those living in America have u heard about Carlos bakery have u tried it **

I think it should be moved to Household and Cuisne. That way if you are not getting any replies, its not AV posters fault :D

Its Buddy. Man he really knows how to do cakes. Too bad they don't deliver too far from New Jersey. I would love to try their cakes some time.
The show Cake Boss is one of the only two shows I watch on TLC.

umm I live not too far away from Carlos bakery. OK so yeah his cakes are good, but unfortunately it's been super hyped up, it's not outstanding. There are some other bakeries in the area that make a pretty good cake as well for less $$$.
Ever since he got his fame, every single thing in the bakery is overpriced! Plus it's not always good (talking about individual pastries). Blah.
Oh and the people can be a slight bit rude. Hmm.....
