Flan cake : this is quite impressive if made in a bundt pan and all.

Check allrecipes.com. They have a ton of different recipes, and the good thing is you can check the ratings to see how it turned out for others, so this way you only try the really great ones, and also people leave comments to suggest ways to improve the recipe or change it!
