what training ? u mean gym ?
caffeine just boost the energy level by stimulating the nervous system , it temporarily delays the sensation of being tired , so u could do physical and mental activity for longer time

too much is not good for the circulatory system, as the body is exerting during physical fitness and excercises.

also caffeine use leads to loss of water from body ......... so make sure to rehydrate yrself well enough
