Cafe Pyala

Don’t tell me you haven’t enjoyed the chai paratha, near the naddi, sitting on a charpayi, with a stray dog under it, getting ur head massaged by a singing pushtoon.

Heavennnn!

Re: Cafe Pyala

Re: Cafe Pyala

That is the best all night dhaaba type place in Karchi. After that, there was another one in Lasbela, next to Society Cinema ..

Re: Cafe Pyala

Where is that Naadi :konfused:

I have never seen a naadi nearby Cafe pyala

Re: Cafe Pyala

oh the naddi adds to the flavour of the food, its running adjacent to it...they've pretty much solidified it now with walls and proper channels, before it was just out in the open lol

The massages are the thing to get!

Re: Cafe Pyala

matey bhoy , There was no naddi nearby , thats just a small Ganda Nalaa ! its been ages , i havent visited cafe pyala !

Even on this trip , still I haven’t got a chance to go there !

I have been told that area is not secure enough ! like thesedays only dacoits and mobile snatchers hang out at cafe pyala

Re: Cafe Pyala

CAFE PIYALA :frowning:
Too many memories
I have been a regular “Piyala’ite” for a long long time, almost the entire student life from the college days right upto the final semester at the University.
I lived in C Block North Nazimabad, and my house was a central location for the “study group”, about 5 or 6 of us used to get together at my place to study (and play cards and watch an occasional movie :whistling: ) Almost every day we would go out to Cafe Piyala at about 2:30 or 3:00 in the night to eat chai paratha and anda ghutalaa, and smoke half a pack of Milbrown (Melburn), and a Zahoor Raja jani paan.

Those were the good old days - tension free.

I loveeeeeeeeeeee love love love their chai! :lifey:

kyun, you dont have a head anymore headless horseman of sleepy hollow?
