I’d say this is probably a personal journey and slightly different for everyone but I imagine that healthy doses of gratitude, compassion, and some of the things I mentioned above would help.

ok so we must discuss it now..

in first answer you said lack of opportunity.. Ok, if I accept it, then where is patience in it?? if someone is facing hardtime, why dont be patient with it and let the bad time end it by itself??

Real life connections.. what do you mean by it??

and general feelings of helplessness.. I think it’s related to mean and selfishness.. if one is feeling so, either he/she is surrounded by mean or selfish people OR he/she have done something mean or have selfish behaviour so that people are avoiding him/her.. which we will discuss later..

now here’s my (1st) point.. if someone is treated badly.. his/her inside(Baatin) effects badly.. usually he/she dont feel it or show it to the world.. but the consequences tells it all.. they become rotten.. and things like selfishness, mean, ill-mannered, and all other bad things starts to reside his/her heart..

so to say, it takes a minute to hurt/treat someone, but sometimes it takes more than a life to recover it, as in unrecoverable.. so we must carefully choose our words, behaviour and temperament..
