An election is being organized in CAFE. This is just for FUN and carries no Cash Value, privilege or any other responsibility.
There is no need to emphasize the fact that this election is for CAFE, so please nominate people who are active participants in CAFE…
Following are the positions for which elections will be held;
President
Vice president
Speaker (Official spokesperson for CAFE)
Governor
Mayor
Entertainment minister
Minister of internal CAFE affairs
Minister of forum relations
***Minister of Law and Order ***
***Propaganda Secretary *** RULES:
You can only nominate someone as a president, who has at least 10 K posts
You can nominate someone as a **Vice president **or Speaker , if he/she has minimum 5K posts
The rest of the 7 positions carry a nomination restriction of minimum 1K
You can nominate ONLY ONE person for each position (So you can nominate a total of 10 persons for the 10 positions). A person CAN NOT be nominated for more than 1 position, by any one guppy.
Guppies can nominate themselves. But for any ONE position.
If your nominations are blank or you nominate someone for more than one position, your vote will be dropped and will not be counted
This thread will be sticky for 1 week. At the end of that period, the organizing committee will pick the TOP THREE nominations for each position and then a new Voting thread will be opened.
Guppies will THEN vote for one of the three candidates in each category and the person with highest number of votes will be declared the winner.
It is very simple - and not at all complicated :smack:

Fair Elections
Just so that this thread doesn’t take off in entirely the wrong direction and at the end of the nomination period the organizing committee has to find the nominees by picking through the flooded and Spammed replies :grumpy: , this thread will be moderated, for clean up, time to time.
