LOL , today I got reminded of this term we used to use for those road side restaurants in Karachi which had their boundaries marked with sheets of straw.
Their food was awesome , their upkeep was horrible ( when I look back) but at that time we did not care about hygienic conditions in those establishments.
I wonder why those establishments were not under the jurisdiction of health inspectors. 
They would have two buckets of filthy water they will dip the ceramic plates in one scrub the food particles and then dip it in another relatively less filthy water bucket and then would wipe with a white towel which had turned into black color because of accumulating all the filth in the world.
I guess that is why we the people of that part of the world have a relatively stronger immune system . What do you say ?
