I told him that it is OK if he does not have money I can pay . Then he said that he was just joking. But the cashier swear to me afterward that , the guy was not kidding at all he was serious about it.
That guys was a crook , once after that incident ,he wanted to return a pack of batteries and he did not have a receipt so I OKed it . But a few minutes later the cashier called me on PA when I went there that guy had a sack full of batteries which he was trying to return. He was bickering with cashier telling her that I had OKed it but I told him to never come back again to the store. As he was trying to cheat the system. I saw that guy again in the store many times seems like he lived in the neighborhood, but he never tried any other hanky panky.
