Overall grade of ministers is pretty bad. (but not too different from the "historical average").

He is no different from the MQM leeches. He got alot of benefits from Musharraf in the forms of plots etc in exchange for the MMA backing that the retard General needed to legitimize his najayez steps.
I counted over 30 ministers, I am sure they could rid of half the ministries, and still function. Typical PPP, more interested in lining there pockets, then running the country.

I don't think it is about PPP. It is more about Pakistan and Pakistanis. Both PPP and PML.
The federal cabinet needs to be downsized big time and I believe this list is not complete. There are close to 100 members incl. Federal and State Ministers (never understood why you need both!) and advisers. Even a country as big as China has a Federal Cabinet comprising less than 20 ministers.
I read somewhere that even though PML-Q won in Baluchistan, Zardari and PPP succeeded in forming provincial government in Baluchistan by literally buying MPAs of other parties promising them all cabinet posts. At one point all but one of the MPAs were in the Baluchistan cabinet....lolz
