Anyways , you can make salad by shredding it and mixing some kind of salad dressing.
Otherwise you can make cabbage qeema.
You can make cabbage stuffed with qeema.
Well you can make lot of stuff with cabbage like cabbage keema, cabbage aloo, cabbage with mix veges, cabbage stir fry, cabbage soup, cabbage bhujiya type by itself, etc.
I don't think cabbage takes a long time to cook unless you would want bhurta of cabbage. I have never made cabbage in a pressure cooker.
ok for cabbage with keema, make keema the way you will, when you have bhonafied the keema, add chopped cabbage, lot of chopped ginger(or you can add that while making keema), add like 1/4 cup of water (or maybe a little less.) Mix it all and let it cook b/w low and medium low heat for almost 10-15 mins. Make sure the pot is covered while cooking. Garnish with cilantro.
Aloo cabbage: Make aloo bhujiya the way you'd make, when aloo's are half done, add chopped chabbage and chopped ginger. Kind of mix the whole things, reduce the heat and cover the pot for 10 mins. After 10 mins check it the aloos for tenderness, if they are tender, sprinkle chat masala, cilantro, and leave on dum for like 5 mins.
yeah u r right..cabbage doesnt take much time to cook and obviously a no-no to pressure cooker..
u can make this..a very easy and quick dish..
put some oil in a pan..add white zeera..put all the masalas..red mirch,haldi,pissa dhanya b janay do..nammuk b..bareek kati adrak b jaaye..lehsun b hojaye..phir eggs daal do...2-3 aur cabbage b daal do..cover and let it cook..when soften take out..garnish with dhanya hari mirch..hope this helps:)
