A lone 18 year old like me, travelling with nothing but a backpack & carry on, boarding an international flight could easily bypass it - I did. I was ushered through the system with no inspection as several foreigners from korean and nigeria were harrassed through inspections.
Makes me appreciate the power a piece of paper has and regret not being in the drug export business.
