Re: C section.
You could feel pain till 6 month, do walk as much as you can do, walking will heal your in-cession quickly.

I had a C.
You will have pain for a while...mine didn't subside until about 6-8 weeks. I refilled my pain meds 3 times. By the last prescription I had weaned myself off of them.
Being active is actually a great thing...but don't overdo it of course. I was on my feet by day 3 and went out by day 7 with the baby for his 7 day checkup. By day 9 I was out and about with husband running small errands...I think being busy helped me heal faster and kept my mind off of the pain.
Re: C section.
I had a C-section too.
Pain was prolonged because my stitches became infected due to exertion.
I really should have taken a break.
Re: C section.
I had a c section exactly a month ago.Being active but within limits, that is not overly exerting, taking enough rest and avoiding lifting heavy stuff etc ,is helpful and needed for recovery.I was walking to the bathroom and around the room at day 2,post surgery, and I was out of the house for chores and dr visits and driving (which was out of necessity) at day 9.I do not feel any pain in the stitches any more but do sometimes feel a dull ache internally. That is because internal/visceral healing takes time.
If you have concerns do consult with a doctor!

So true...we should listen to our bodies
Re: C section.
Everyone is different. I haven't had a c- section but have had major abdominal surgery. I would say you should start feeling better in about 2-3 weeks.
