Hello, you do realize, do you not, that $27.5 million is more than ten times less the $338 million that a single benevolent non-govermental American charity has pledged for the millions of hapless AIDs victim of your country. This $27.5 is for two countries, the bulk obviously for Afghanistan and the other portion will most likely be utilized to help, for a month or two, more than 4 million Afghan refugees who continue to subsist on Pakistan’s generosity even now that they can return.

Starvation is a reality for many, if not most, in India. And it is unfortunate. That Ethiopia or Cambodia or some other country is also facing similar problem cannot fill the somachs of those who have to sleep hungry.
