Please do not do that . Please do not consider it as sadqa a jaria.
Those topies never get washed , they spread lice , germs , skin diseases.
There are other avenues of doing good deeds.

Maybe put a few antibacterial sprays near those topies to disinfect them. That will be a good deed.
