(in the GTA). What are good/ reasonable stores where I can go? I urgently needed a pair of jeans and bought one at Thyme maternity and it cost me $70 n taxes. This was definitely a load off my wallet given that I need casual pants/ dressy pants/ semi-formal pants n what not for the next few months.
Where does everyone else go? I spent quite a while browsing the stuff at Sears n Bay but couldn’t really find a mat wear section. Plus I couldn’t find an available agent to help whom I could’ve asked on its whereabouts (or I could’ve qued up for like half an hour while I had my turn at the checkout counter). Eitherways, what’s an affordable store to get decent enough mat clothes from??
I would try department stores like Niksik said. We have Younkers/Carson Pierre Scott/HErbergers in our area and i got some really nice deals on maternity clothes. They had stuff marked down for sale for 5 bucks a piece which were initially in the range of $70+. I got some nice pants and dresses that way.
Motherhood, even Target has decent maternity wear. I am not sure how much maternity clothes Macy's carries. I myself soon need to go shopping soon....grrrr
Oh and they also sell this thing called the "Bella Band".....its a band you can wear over your regular jeans/pants, with button open....makes your current jeans last a little longer.
