Buying AC in Lahore

Guys,

I need to buy an air conditioner and i can;t decide which one to buy, i need one for ground portion tv lounge, area is about 20x30 or 35 feet. i am buying a 1.5 ton. They are trying to sell me this mitsubishi one which is for 56000 and consumes 7.5 units or watss or whatever of power.

But they also have this Orient one for 41k and it consumes 9.4 units or whatever of power. I can;t decide which one to buy, and i dont know how to do the power consumption calculation, i have the mitsubishi one installed in office, and it doesn’t do much cooling, but that one is installed on the third floor and the office has a glass wall facing the sun, also its the top floor.

I’d appreciate suggestions.

I would suggest you go for a bigger 2 ton air conditioner for your tv lounge. And Mitsubishi may be expensive but it definitely consumes lesser power and has better, longer lasting cooling. We have some Mitsubishis and some local ones (Pel, Gree) and Mitsubishi wins hands down. Don't go by the one at your office, as you mentioned you're on the top floor, buildings rarely have insulation in the roof here and the glass wall just makes it worse.

go with mitsubishi, i have orient and i am not satisfied with it.......

Mitsubishi for sure..
